As a Business Development Representative, you will be part of a new team that will be leading Cariina's growth. Ideal candidates possess a strong understanding of our sales process, excel at researching leads, building new relationships, and setting our sales team up for success. You are a quick and adaptable learner with strong communication skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.

Objectives & Responsibilities Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.
Represent Cariina’s software platform and services with a comprehensive understanding of how our solution meets clients needs
Research and develop leads in your territory
Manage the initial sales outreach process from first contact to qualification and then engaging sales executives for next steps
Identify best practices to refine Cariina’s lead generation playbook
Utilize HubSpot, cold calling, email and LinkedIn to generate new sales opportunities
Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
Proactively identify new growth opportunities
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales leadership
Report to leadership with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
Required Skills and Qualifications Articulate communication skills with the ability to drive a phone conversation
Proven creative problem-solving approach and a strong analytical mindset
Desire and ability to grow within an organization
Ability to travel
Must be adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Keen attention to detail and time management
Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate between internal teams and prospective clients
Must be coachable and open to constructive feedback
Preferred Qualifications CRM experience preferred
Prior experience as a business development representative with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas
Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience
