Account Manager

Responsibilities
Sales:
Pursue new business opportunities with strategic accounts
Perform business development activities, outside sales, calls, social selling, networking
Grow existing business with established accounts
Support proposal development, review and negotiation
Close deals on service-based contracts (fixed-price, delivery-based) or on time-based contracts (delegation of consultants)
Recruitment/HR:
Continuously interview and match candidates in order to have already qualified talent ready to meet customer’s current and anticipated needs
Being in charge of the consultant career evolution (annual review, training...)
Management:
Being in charge of your own team of engineering consultants
Ensure customer' satisfaction, project follow-up
Manage your P&L statement for your business unit
Skills and qualification required
Must be local or willing to relocate to Dallas, TX
3-5 years working experience in a technical field, or in recruitment or sales
Minimum requirement is bachelor’s degree in engineering or business
Master’s degree in engineering preferred
Sales / business development experience, preferably engineering services
Customer prospection, cold calling, account management experience
Must be okay with both local and overnight travel. Business travel required up to 25% of time for customer visits and internal collaboration meetings
Great social and analytical skills
Must be a self-starter with ability to keep a high energy level
Recruitment experience is a plus
Some sports or competitive experience is a plus
Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 + Bonus
The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
