The Account Manager is responsible for the daily management of our clients. The professional we seek must be proactive, have strong analytical skills, and a focus on bottom-line results. This role requires: stellar organizational skills, strong analytical decision making and the confidence to make and adjust decisions quickly. This person will work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to achieve department, company, and personal goals.

Base Salary

$70,000/yr - $80,000/yr

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Onboarding, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with assigned clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.

Conduct regular business reviews with our top clients to assess their needs, improve their satisfaction, and inform them of new and upcoming product offerings.

Prepare compelling proposals and presentations that showcase the value proposition of our data products.

Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring all terms and agreements are met.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure a seamless client experience.

Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our data solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 2-4 years of experience working in B2B sales, preferably within the data or software industry.

Experience working closely with motivated, professional sales teams.

Proven track record of achieving ambitious targets.

Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to diverse audiences.

Ability to build strong relationships and navigate complex client interactions.

Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and data analysis tools.

A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.

Experience with data products and solutions a plus.
