As our **Regional Sales Manager,** you will maintain an understanding of our entire School Bus portfolio of products and services in order to competently differentiate solutions for the customer; you will have a designated list of commercial and enterprise level accounts and will have a primary focus to drive new market share and retain and expand sales revenue in West Territory account base.

**You will**

* Develop and maintain tactical strategic plans within the established territory

* New business prospecting and development, including cold calling; scheduling and conducting client introductions, face to face client meetings

* Preparing presentations, demonstrations, basic RFP and proposals

* Protect/maintain existing account base and increase revenue and profitability within the account

* Proactively support all internal activities related to sales and ongoing customer support processes

* Review sales leads, pending orders and technology upgrades, and develop action plans to progress each cycle

* Weekly Reporting and Funnel Management complete all weekly pipeline and activity reporting in accordance with Seon forecasting cadence

* Actively contribute to usefulness of CRM; ensure information is updated daily on accounts in pipeline, maintain a record of all activities inside of each account and identify competitive information on accounts

* Attend tradeshows, presentations within territory, and industry events

* Demonstrate a keen ability to gain and grasp industry and competitor trends (including products and pricing)

* Establish and foster relationships with current and prospective customers through a variety of selling techniques.

**? You should have**

* Minimum 4 years sales experience within Technology Industry

* Ability to sell to a C-level audience and effectively present information and negotiate with various levels of management

* Proficiency with CRM and experience in responding to RFPs/RFIs

* Critical thinking with strong communication, consultation and presentation skills

* Strong negotiating skills with ability to effectively turnaround objections and work around business obstacles

* Strong literacy in Microsoft product suite

* Excellent ability to quickly develop business relationships

* Strong analytical, organizational and basic project management skills

* Strong self-motivation to drive results

* Valid drivers license & passport required (for travel within/btw the US and Canada 40-50%)
