**Description**
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Coaching, leading and developing Dealer Account Managers
* Responsible for managing persons in outside sales within the assigned region. In addition, will also be hiring and training new sales representatives
* Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
* Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
* Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
* Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
* Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
* Manage Dealer Account Managers through quality checks and other follow-up.
* Identify and resolve client concerns.
* Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
* Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
* Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce dealer attrition
* Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
* Travel required throughout the assigned territory
* Other duties as assigned
**EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:**
* Minimum of 5 years external sales management managing a team of 15 to 20 external reps
* High energy and with excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and various sales software applications
* Bachelor's degree in Business or a closely related field
* Qualified Candidates must live in Region

Bachelors or better.

**3 years:** 3+ years of sales, marketing, auto finance and banking expertise required
