About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales and Sales Enablement to lead a dynamic team that includes sales executives, solution consultants, go-to-market segment marketers, and sales and marketing CRM toolset managers. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a sales program that empowers the sales force with the necessary tools, resources, and knowledge to accelerate sales wins and drive revenue growth. This role requires a strong focus on fostering a high-performance culture, team development, and collaboration between the sales and sales enablement teams to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency. The VP will also be involved in go-to-market strategies, overseeing CRM and campaign activities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 10 years of experience in selling and delivering technology-based solutions within the healthcare payer and/or provider markets. A proven track record in developing and implementing sales programs, tools, and processes is essential, along with deep industry knowledge and experience with complex technology implementation projects. Strong leadership, management, communication, and interpersonal skills are required, as well as the ability to inspire and motivate a team. The role demands a results-oriented mindset, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a focus on driving measurable business outcomes.
