Four years of documented sales results in an AL, IL, RCFE community setting
Excellent leadership skills
Pass a criminal background check
Experience working with private pay residents
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Sales And Marketing Director Responsibilities
Community outreach to build relationships to drive census and meet company growth goal
Generate and manage leads to qualified prospects and move them through the admission process.
Develop written and digital promotional marketing materials for the community
Participate in community marketing events throughout the year
Maintain competitive analysis of local, assisted living, independent living, and memory care
