We are working with our client in Arcadia California, who are looking to hire a Regional Sales Director to develop and execute a sustainable, profitable sales strategy in partnership with their Vice President of Sales. This role involves coaching Branch Managers, ensuring best practices across the region, and achieving sales targets. The position requires travel and will involve some travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy with the VP of Sales to increase market share and achieve sales goals.
Hire, train, coach, and lead Branch Managers, conducting regular performance reviews.
Participate in monthly sales reviews and identify key market trends.
Partner with corporate teams to ensure best practices in local offices and recommend process improvements.
Foster long-term client relationships and conduct regular client visits to support sales opportunities.
Manage key account relationships to ensure client needs are met.
Perform additional duties as required by the VP of Sales.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 4 years of experience in a sales management role, with a preference for regional sales management experience.
Proven experience managing sales teams.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent preferred.
Based in either Phoenix, AZ or Littleton, CO with willingness to travel 20-40% of the time.
Availability to respond to client or team concerns during nights or weekends as needed.

Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: $95,000 - $100,000 annually, plus potential bonuses.
Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage effective the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
Paid Sick Time and Vacation eligibility after 90 days of employment.
401K plan eligibility after 90 days of employment.
