The Company is seeking a Managing Director for its U.S. programs. The successful candidate will be tasked with providing strategic leadership, operational execution, and management expertise to the U.S. programs team. This pivotal role involves defining and leading the U.S. investment and giving strategy across education, healthcare, and jobs to maximize economic impact. The Managing Director will also be responsible for driving operational excellence, managing a significant annual budget, and optimizing the use of financial instruments to enhance outcomes. Team leadership and management are key components, including mentoring and developing team members, and enhancing partner and grantee management efforts.Applicants for the Managing Director position at the company should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a master's degree highly desirable.
