Sr Account Manager

The Wilner Group has partnered with a family-owned and operated ramp manufacturing and installation company that has a passion for helping those in need. We are searching for a Senior Account Manager to join their team at their Valley Cottage, NY location. Compensation for this position is $75k-$90k based on experience.

Requirements-

Engage daily with clients and serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs.

Maintain accurate client records, keep track of any contract updates and renewals as well as work with sales and other internal teams to ensure KPIs are being met.

Develop a thorough understanding of our product range and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.

Qualifications-

5+ years of professional experience in a sales or account management role.

Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage a small team.

Proficiency with CRM and ERP software, i.e. HubSpot and Epicor.
