Job Summary
This is a full-time position that requires 35-40 hours/week in our South San Francisco/Chongqing office. The major responsibility of an Accountant is to analyze data, finance reports, budgets, tax returns, and accounting records.
Responsibilities
Report directly to CEO and board members.
Periodically prepare financial reports, budget reports, payroll, revenue, and profit forecasting.
Manage account payable account and Processing payment to vendors.
Processing monthly bill payments.
Prepare quarterly and annual entity level tax basis financial statements, and work with CPA firm to process the tax return.
Bookkeeping and Prepare monthly general ledger journal entries.
Requirements/Qualifications/Skills
Bachelor’s degree or above, a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
Extensive knowledge of computers: Quickbook, MS Office (Word, Excel), and other applicable accounting software
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Work well under pressure and meet demanding deadlines
Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate within a team
Strong time management and organization skills
