About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Demand Generation to take on the challenge of leading the strategy and execution of programs aimed at generating a pipeline for new customer acquisition and expansion. This executive will be a key player in driving the company's growth, with a strong focus on data and results. The role involves scaling the demand generation function, leading a team to achieve targets for MQLs, MQL quality, and Stage 1 opportunities, and being responsible for a significant portion of the company's bookings growth. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver quality marketing-sourced pipeline, lead all demand generation channels, and build and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders across various business functions.Candidates for the VP, Demand Generation position at the company should have 10-15 years' of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS technology environment. The role requires an expert in developing and measuring demand generation programs across multiple channels, with a deep understanding of both paid and organic digital marketing. The VP will be responsible for building a scalable demand generation function, maintaining a feedback loop between sales and marketing, and owning the development and implementation of marketing processes and technology. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and an MBA is preferred. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and a self-starter with a proven track record of leadership and building strong cross-functional relationships.
