About the Role
The Company is seeking a Global VP, Demand Generation to lead the strategic direction of all aspects of demand generation. This role is pivotal in creating a dominant market position and delivering a predictable pipeline at scale, particularly focusing on global enterprise accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the direction and strategy of demand generation, managing a team of growth, field, and ABM marketers, as well as business development representatives. Collaboration with sales, customer success, and product owners is essential to set priorities and goals for pipeline growth. The VP will also be tasked with analyzing the ROI of marketing programs, developing and executing unified marketing campaigns, and providing clear leadership for the demand generation team.Candidates for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, with 8-10 years of enterprise B2B marketing experience, preferably in DevOps or application security domains. Experience in startup or scaleup organizations, running global campaigns, and a background in organic and paid demand creation approaches is highly valued. The role requires an individual with a proven track record in impacting sales pipeline with strong marketing campaigns, and who is enthusiastic about data-driven marketing. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is a hands-on approach to coaching a team of marketers and BDRs. The VP, Demand Generation will be expected to bring a creative and strategic approach to integrated campaigns, with a focus on understanding customer behavior and driving qualified opportunity pipeline growth.
