Pay Range: $85,000/year starting salary with a salary review in 6 months

Primary Job Function: The Commercial Department Manager acts as the head of the commercial department for Reliable1 Heating/AC/Plumbing. The Commercial Department Manager oversees the project managers, estimators, commercial administrative assistants, and all other staff within the department.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, and objectives
Oversee the management team for the commercial department
Decrease the cost of materials by securing the job site
Measure and report on project status
Assist with resolving issues, grievances, and claims on the job site and within the department
Review the closing of each project to ensure compliance with all customer expectations
Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of project management experience
10+ years of experience in HVAC, construction, and/or trades
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
Ability to multi-task
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Advanced customer service skills
Ability to lead and train members of the team
