About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analytics, proficiency in spreadsheet formulas and manipulation. The Sales Operations Analyst will play a key role in analyzing sales data, extracting valuable insights, and making our CRM data more actionable to enhance our sales strategies.

Responsibilities:
Analyze sales trends and key performance indicators, identifying performance drivers and communicating results and insights to the Management Team
Perform channel and customer-level analysis to support strategic decision-making
Segment and prioritize prospects for the sales team to pursue based on likelihood to convert
Partner with the Revenue Leadership team to support efficient sales motions
Maintain and update the CRM system, collect and analyze data to track sales performance
Generate reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics.
Must Haves:
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role in a sales-focused environment.
Effective communication (both verbal and written) skills
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
High sense of ownership & customer service both internally and externally
Natural curiosity and motivation to dig into the details
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis.
Salary:
Tier 1 location: $120k
Tier 2 location: $106k
