**Legal HR/Administrative Assistant**
**Job Type: Full-time**

**Salary: $50k+ depending upon experience**
Adecco is proud to partner with a midsize law firm in Downtown Dallas to find a HR/Admin Assistant to join their team. The primary responsibility of this role is to handle the recruitment process, but you will also support various HR and administrative functions.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ **Recruitment Process:** Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, coordinating interviews, and providing follow-up as needed.
+ **Onboarding:** Support new hires with onboarding instructions and other policy information, including the firm employee handbook.
+ **Employee Files:** Maintain employee files to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
+ **Payroll Records:** Assist with maintaining payroll records, including correcting missed punches for non-exempt staff.
+ **Open Enrollment:** Assist with the annual open enrollment process, including final reconciliation of employee enrollments.
+ **Administrative Projects** : Support the Firm Administrator with ad hoc administrative projects.
**Qualifications**
+ 1 to 3 years of recruiting experience, **experience in legal and/or finance preferred.**
+ Strong organizational and communication skills.
+ Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail.
+ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
+ Familiarity with HR policies and procedures is a plus.
