Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

1+ years administrative experience in a corporate setting

Responsibilities:

Answer phones

Proactively manage constantly changing calendars with close attention to detail, anticipating needs, adjusting for conflicts, and ensuring logistics

Schedule internal and external conference calls and in person meetings per request, proactively reaching out to specific contacts as necessary

Arrange complex travel, including flights, cars, hotels, and other reservations

Completion of detailed expense reports in a timely manner, including tracking receipts and reimbursements

Monitor and maintain office equipment and inventory supplies

Assist with a variety of ad hoc projects, including event planning, strategic operations, and process improvement initiatives

Provide back up support to other members of the administrative team as needed
