Make an Impact / The role:

Asa Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for maintaining a strong relationship with existing clients and ensuring their success through utilizing Adjust's suite of tools. With your knowledge and deep understanding of the adtech, mobile advertising and/or media industry you bring the right expertise to provide a consultative approach to our customers. Your main goal is to focus on the success of your US West Coast based customers, enabling them to improve their business while increasing lifetime value for Adjust and preventing churn. You will join a global team that is dedicated to putting customers first.

Empower Your Potential / Responsibilities:

Drive retention and growth among our most valuable customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed

Enable successful roll-out of Adjust to customer employees

Maintain a cadence of communicating with customers about their adoption trends, sentiment, and mining opportunities for deeper engagement

Identify opportunities for customers to act as Adjust advocates

Work with customers on contract renewals, and expansion opportunities

Marshall resources across the Adjust org as needed to support customers needs

Represent the voice of the customer to inform our product roadmap

Bring Your Knowledge/ Experience & Qualifications: 3+ years of work experience in Customer Success or Sales roles, especially within mobile user acquisition

Ability to oversee projects and solid handling of project management tools

Ability to work autonomously and own relationships with customers

Strong interest in understanding the marketing and software setup of clients to be able to advise customers in building a state of the art setup

Proactive personality who enjoys speaking with customers

Excellent communication skills in English

High level stakeholder management skills & a great team player

Adjust provides a competitive total compensation package with a pay for performance rewards approach. Total compensation at Adjust is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Depending on the position offered, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits.

The expected base pay range for this CA based position is

$90,000-$100,000 USD
