About the Role:

The SLED Account Executive will be responsible for closing larger strategic business deals while ensuring continuous sales growth through a pipeline of new opportunities. Collaborating with various partners to identify, develop, and close transactions is a key aspect of this role. The Account Executive will focus on selling solutions to meet the operational needs of clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve annual sales quotas and negotiate Enterprise-wide agreements.

Lead all sales activities to meet business objectives.

Ensure proposed solutions leverage the strengths of the company's offerings and can be successfully implemented.

Build new strategic relationships, maintain existing ones, and analyze customer business situations for potential opportunities.

Foster relationships with 'C' level executives and monitor purchasing agreements between the company and customers.

Requirements:

5+ years of sales experience in multiple software products and services sales to sophisticated accounts.

1+ years of experience selling Conversational AI or Digital Transformation solutions to enterprise clients.

Previous experience in SLED, call center, or software industries.

Strong relationship-building and client management skills.

Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Self-sufficient with a preference for autonomy in managing activities to achieve revenue goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of CCaaS, CX, and Conversational AI solutions.

Experience selling a full suite of SaaS products.
