Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work independently
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
A desire to improve the continuing healthcare ecosystem with solutions that help improve home health care

Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead our expansion into larger enterprise deals with our newly improved leading edge product. This full-time, Atlanta based hybrid position involves:
• Developing and executing sales strategies for large enterprise clients.
• Managing the sales process from discovery to contract signature.
• Delivering compelling sales presentations in line with CareTime's value proposition.
Qualifications : The ideal candidate should have:
• Experience in SaaS sales, particularly with enterprise clients.
• Knowledge and practical application of Sandler Sales and/or Challenger Sales methodologies.
• Expertise in prospect discovery, understanding client decision-making, and navigating sales cycles.
• A natural ability to understand customer problems, amplify the pain and highlight solution in compelling tailored platform demonstrations (Applicants would need to share examples)
• Background in post-acute, continuing healthcare, or home healthcare industries. (Applicants without this industry experience will not be considered)
• A proven record of achieving sales targets (with references that can support)
