Cognitiv is on the cutting edge of ad tech and science, and we are looking for a detail-oriented, focused, eager problem solver and self-starter to be part of our Operations team. This is an opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in ad operations who is ready to play a key role in driving a new and fast-growing organization to success.
In addition to launching & managing campaigns, this person will collaborate with a group of experienced and extremely dedicated coworkers who are all passionate about advertising, artificial intelligence, and automated problem solving. This position will be located in the New York City office with a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in office (Mon/Tue/Wed) and 2 days remote (Thursday/Friday).
Responsibilities
Setup and manage digital advertising campaigns from launch to completion
Work with internal customer success team to provide campaign performance reports
Maintain and communicate technical specifications
Test campaign creatives, accurately traffic ads, generate site tags, and analyze performance reports to monitor campaign delivery
Communicate/respond to requests from account management
Requirements 1-2 years of experience working in ad operations
Highly detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize projects/tasks simultaneously and to completion
Hands on keyboard experience within the CM360, Flashtalking, Innovid, or Sizmek ad servers. Bonus points if more than one
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Direct exposure to programmatic activations. Bonus points for familiarity with the programmatic supply chain
Strong written and verbal communication
Flexible and eager to adapt to the changing needs of a rapidly growing company
Technical aptitude, able to learn to use new platforms and tools quickly
Demonstrated ability to learn new, unfamiliar material
Experience QAing ad tags using tools like W3Schools, JSFiddle, etc.
Experience with measurement partner pixel implementation (ex. IAS, DoubleVerify, Nuestar, Lucid, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications Buy-side experience preferred
Familiarity with SQL a plus
Hands on keyboard TMS experience
Hands on keyboard DSP experience
Bachelor's Degree
Salary $60,000-$80,000 Base Salary + Equity
