Develop and implement strategic plans for key accounts
Foster strong, collaborative relationships with partners
Sales Growth Drive revenue growth across all product market sectors
Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with internal teams
Contribute to the development of new products and marketing initiatives
Trade-Show Participation Identify and attend relevant trade shows and industry events
Forecasting and Reporting Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape
Analyze competitor activities and consumer behavior.
Contract Negotiation Lead contract negotiations with retail partners.
Qualifications Proven track record of success in national account management.
Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
Ability to travel nationally
Years of Experience: 5-10 years; Tile/Stone: Preferred; Any other Flooring Experience: considered
