Bader Rutter is seeking a Senior Account Executive for a large, long-standing client. In your 4 to 7 years of agency experience, you’ve mastered client service and relationships. Clients love you because you focus on their needs and deliver. You’re a strong presenter, know how to rally the room behind an idea and deploy the right resources to execute it. You’re a great communicator with the right EQ for collaborating with teams and you bring a calm and steady presence. You are self-motivated, relentlessly curious and focused on strategic business growth. You take pride in knowing your clients’ businesses and audiences better than anyone. From a marketing perspective, you love to dive into each channel, gleaning strong insights and building strategies that propel real results.
What you'll bring:
4-7 years’ or more of advertising agency account management experience
Ability to be flexible and adaptable in an ever-changing environment. People admire your calm and steady approach
Exceptional time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Critical thinking ability combined with honed in communication skills; written, non-verbal and verbal
The curiosity to dive deeply into your client’s business in pursuit of the most effective strategies
Professionalism, love of leadership, and a passion for building brands
A degree (or equivalent combination of experience) in marketing, communications, journalism, business or similar
While we'd love to have a candidate in Chicago or Milwaukee, this position is US - Remote Eligible. Travel to Bader Rutter offices, client sites or in the field will be required occasionally. Currently employees cannot be located in: CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, HI, IN, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, OR, RI, WA. This list is always evolving.
