Sr. AEs are new client acquisition engines,identifying and pursuing prospects that would benefit from our guidanceand management of complex IT infrastructures. You will work with ITleaders to develop customized IT solutions that help them with theirdigital transformation initiatives. Note: This is a home office based role however, onlylocal candidates in the Milwaukee, WI market will be considered.Responsibilities Manage the prospecting plan development and executionfor new accounts, focusing on the Wisconsin, Minnesota, or Illinoisterritories. Identify and leverage compelling new business entryways forvery targeted outreach (events, markets, conferences, groups) Prospect,qualify, and create new relationships with clients who would benefitfrom TierPoint\'s solutions Build relationships with both mid-level andC-suite prospects to deliver personalized solutions to fit the needs oftheir business Be a master at crafting personal, strategic, valuablemessages that engage clients through email and during sales callsStrategize, create, and deliver of compelling solution-focused clientpresentations for a C-level audience Seamlessly coordinate betweenclients and various internal teams to ensure a productive and smoothclient experience Consistently achieve or exceed monthly goals ofprospect engagements and closed deals Learn, maintain, and communicatein-depth knowledge of TierPoint\'s solutions, industry trends, andcompetition Successfully manage and overcome obstacles and objectionsProvide closed-loop feedback to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams toensure continuous process and product optimization Proactively manageyour sales pipeline and record sales activities to maintain the qualityand accuracy of data in CRM Provides quality internal and externalcustomer service surrounding the Company values.
