Role Description
Must be bilingual in English and Chinese.
This is a full-time hybrid Sales Operations Specialist role located in Santa Clara, CA, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Sales Operations Specialist at our Company, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales team with operational and administrative tasks. Your primary duties will include managing sales processes, developing sales strategies, analyzing sales data, and communicating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of sales initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field
2+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably in the technology or manufacturing industry
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software
Analytics-driven with excellent data analysis skills
Proven ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Willingness to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
Experience with project management, process improvement, and/or change management is a plus
Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment
