Sales Operations Support Specialist

One of California’s leading educational service providers, FLEX College Prep, is seeking dynamic and
customer-driven individuals to drive sales within assigned markets and provide outstanding service to its
diverse client base. The Sales Operations Support Specialist performs a valuable role supporting the sales and operations departments as well a primary contact for clients. This position will report directly to FLEX’s Director of Academic Operations.
What We're Looking For: Bachelor’s degree required
2 or more years of sales operations experience is a must
Experience working in education, college prep or related industry strongly preferred
Strong MS Office and CRM database experience
Strong interpersonal communication skills, ability to establish rapport with students, parents, and co-workers
Excellent time-management, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Proven ability to multi-task
What You'll Do: Sales Support
Work with the Director for Academic Service Operations on sales promotions and pricing structures.
Coordinate and Facilitate marketing efforts, including webinars, seminars, direct mailings, and more.
Manage FLEX institutional partnerships, ensuring excellent student satisfaction.
Ensure high standards of post-sale service and manage program data and analytics to enhance service quality.
Maintain an updated CRM system, provide accurate sales forecasts, and optimize lead management.
Respond to customer inquiries.
Operations Support
Perform all administrative tasks related to FLEX services, ensuring smooth operations both in-person and online.
Monitor and track data related to customer satisfaction and student progress.
Oversee all of FLEX's California facilities, including coordinating lease agreements, and utilities, and maintaining a professional center aesthetic.
Where You'll Do It: Northern California: Cupertino or Palo Alto; occasional travel to Fremont and Irvine offices
When You'll Do It: 9:30 Am – 6:30 Pm ( Hybrid AFTER 1st 90 days )
