Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Due to tremendous growth, we are seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to join our HR team at our corporate office in King of Prussia, PA.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Oversight: Provide leadership and guidance to the Talent Acquisition Department, supporting HRGs across business divisions in recruiting efforts.
Recruitment Strategy Development: Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring attraction of top talent.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Utilize diverse channels for candidate sourcing, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates for skill and cultural fit.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job specifications, and ensure alignment with hiring goals.
Compliance and Process Improvement: Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations, implement standardized recruiting practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Talent Acquisition.
Minimum Qualifications:
A bachelors degree in human resources, Business or a related field
Experience recruiting in a corporate environment.
Demonstrated strong teamwork skills.
Able to lead a team effectively.
Flexible, with the ability and willingness to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
iCIMS experience or a similar ATS platform
