Our HR Team consists of over 25 professionals, each with the unique ability to operate in the gray within our multi-faceted, fast-paced environment. The TA Team is tight knit group of seven geographically dispersed members, in addition to our collaborative On-Boarding Team. Our focus is hiring full time employees nationally for all departments and locations with a core emphasis on being a trusted advisor to our clients. We are not here to "fill seats" with an agency mentality. This is a true hands-on, roll up your sleeves opportunity that requires a core collaborative, strategic mindset for success.
This influential team member will:
Showcase 1 - 3 years of recruiting experience with most recent employer (no contract recruiters please)
Be based on the East Coast and own up to 30 full time roles nationally, at all times
Have passive recruiting expertise in a high volume consultative environment
Display a commercial interviewing presence for talent attraction
Understand insurance business with a honed strategic orientation
Be able to quickly develop rapport across a matrixed organization
Desire to partner with On-Boarding Team for offer letters and beyond
What you'll bring to Risk Strategies:
A solid 1-3 years of progressive recruiting tenure in high volume insurance or financial services environment
Experience recruiting finance, accounting, & IT professionals is highly preferable.
Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities with stellar MS Office skill set
Willingness to engage on high priority assignments before or after hours
Solid LinkedIn Recruiter expertise
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
