Responsibilities:

Schedule patient appointments and manage appointment calendars efficiently

Verify patient insurance coverage and follow up on patients as needed

Answer a high volume of incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries promptly and accurately

Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to address patient needs effectively

Follow established protocols and procedures for patient interactions and administrative tasks

Requirements:

Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role is preferred but not required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

High school diploma or equivalent required

Working Hours:

Monday-Friday

40 hours per week

8:00am-5:00pm PST

No overtime hours
