Our goal is to provide our customers with a wide variety of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu supplies at competitive prices and with superior customer service. We are looking for a results-driven retail Sales Associate to be responsible for online AND in-store sales activities. The ideal employee will be able to provide excellent customer service, maintain high customer satisfaction, and exceed company expectations. Knowledge of the jiu-jitsu industry is a plus.

Schedule: 40 hr weeks, Monday to Friday 8:45am-5:15pm

Hourly Wage: $18.00 per hour

**Sales Responsibilities**

**Requirements**

* Proven working experience as a sales associate and/or relevant customer support experience

* Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

* Proficiency in English

* Solid communication and interpersonal skills

* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

* Customer orientated, and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities

* Excellent communication and presentation skills

* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

* High School Diploma or Equivalent

* 36 months of Sales & Customer Service experience
