The main function of a Customer Service Specialist is to interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. A typical customer service specialist is responsible for determining the clients issue, offer possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed. Customer service agents may be inbound, outbound or a combination of both. Remote but prefer candidates in the San Diego area. 10 month contract. Qualifications:

Computer skills – typing quickly and effectively, minimal troubleshooting

Adhering to schedule, quality of calls and idle time, RDONA

Multi-tasking, working multiple systems, must be able to grasp computer programs

Customer service skills, problem resolution and communication

Microsoft Outlook

salary: $18 - $20.3 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

True call center environment, primarily inbound and some outbound calls. Everything is scheduled

Two types of calls: patients and clients. Clients calling in for results, test info and test pricing, adding on additional testing.

Scheduling appointments for patients, location details, pricing info and general questions

Resolve customers service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.

Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.

Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.

Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
