What You'll Do:
Collaborate with executive leadership to define the company's technical roadmap, aligning engineering initiatives with business objectives and market trends.

Ensure optimal resource assignments on a daily and weekly basis to maximize the productivity and output of the engineering team.
Define and communicate a clear technical vision, driving architectural decisions and ensuring alignment with long-term goals.
Work closely with product management, design, and other stakeholders to prioritize features, resolve technical challenges, and drive product innovation.
Champion agile methodologies and best practices, fostering a culture of agility, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
Set clear goals and KPIs for the engineering team, tracking performance and providing regular feedback to drive accountability and growth.
Qualifications: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in senior engineering leadership roles, preferably in the marketing technology or SaaS industry.
Proven track record of leadership in software engineering, with deep expertise in building scalable, high-performance SaaS platforms.
Strong technical acumen and proven expertise in engineering principles, methodologies, and best practices, essential for guiding and collaborating with cross-functional teams towards innovative technical solutions
Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire, mentor, and develop engineering teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Passion for technology and innovation, with a curiosity to explore emerging trends and technologies in the marketing technology space and the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive innovation.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, trust, and transparency.

The base salary range for this role is $215,000 to $270,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, applicable certifications, and geographic work location. This may vary depending on living location and market rate.
