The expertise you'll bring to your new team: 10+ years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record of scaling engineering teams and delivering complex, high-impact products.

Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and modern software development practices. Experience with our technology stack (Node.js, Python, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, AWS) is highly desirable.

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a remote, globally distributed team.

Ability to think strategically and execute methodically. Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
