Responsibilities The Director, Sales - Athletic Specialty will be responsible for the Crocs brand for the Wholesale channel in North America
It will deliver balanced, profitable growth and increase market share through a strong consumer focus and strategic channel management
Develop the overall channel sales strategy aligned to Crocs consumer affinities, growth pillars and shape of the marketplace for the responsible channel
Support the GTM strategy and execution for key accounts including product assortments and marketing activations
Deliver the overall financial objectives for the business including revenue, gross margin, SG&A, OPI, Working Capital and inventory turns
Build the objectives for account management, distribution, and new business development
Lead and develop a strong, high performing, and engaged team
Ensure performance measurements are met and conduct regular coaching sessions with direct reports
Set clear objectives, targets, and guidelines for the sales team
Ensure the team meet or exceed performance standards including presentations, negotiations, and order book management
Monitor, measure, and report on all business KPIs
Conduct competitor analysis, monitor industry trends, understand consumer preferences and behaviors and leverage insights for current and future business planning
Establish and develop key relationships internally and externally to influence and execute strategic direction
Optimally work with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Marketing, Demand Planning, Customer Service and Human resources to ensure strong support aligned to business targets
Salary or Pay Range: $132,500.00 - $220,584.00
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities
This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program
