Responsibilities

Document all customer interactions accurately in the company’s database.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions.
Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call handling, customer satisfaction, and sales conversions.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in computer systems and basic software applications.
