Technical Program Manager – Silicon Development
THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU
Join our team as a Technical Program Manager and play a key role in defining, implementing, and delivering complex programs in the field of Silicon Development. This position requires cross-functional collaboration, excellent communication skills, and expertise in SoC, IP, and Design, Verification, Architecture.
Responsibilities
• Successfully deliver programs within scope, quality, time, and budget constraints, considering moderate-probability, moderate-impact risk factors.
• Engage in program-level strategic planning, interact with executive-level management, resolve complex issues, and build effective teams.
• Manage a group of internal employees and contractors, ensuring the delivery of systems and system enhancements that meet requirements.
• Provide oversight for scope definition and management, requirements gathering, project scheduling and tracking, budget management, risk and issue management, and communication across organizational levels.
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
• Proficiency in project estimating, scheduling, tracking, and customer interaction in large organizations.
• Proven people management and team-building skills.
• Adaptability in a changing environment, ability to manage competing priorities.
• Quick learning of business processes and effective collaboration with business partners at different levels.
• Strong risk assessment and application of management principles to technology and business functions.
• Experience in delivering technology and business application solutions in large-scale, multi-platform systems environments.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle.
Preferred Qualifications
• MBA or other related advanced degree.
• Silicon Development experience, including SoC, IP, and familiarity with Design, Verification, and Architecture (Logic Design, Simulation, DFT, PD, Timing analysis).
• PMP or PMI certification.
Education/Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
• Experience in Silicon Development, SoC, and IP.
• Familiarity with Design, Verification, Architecture (Logic Design, Simulation, DFT, PD, Timing analysis).
