About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regional Enterprise Sales Vice President to drive business growth within the Chicago market. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of transforming healthcare for a wide range of clients, including those with a significant number of employees. This role demands a strategic, consultative approach to sales, with a focus on new client acquisition and the ability to exceed set quotas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, business development, or account management, with a minimum of 6 years' experience and at least 2 years specifically targeting large companies. A background in healthcare or wellness benefits is essential, as is the ability to nurture relationships and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
