The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales to join their dynamic team. This role is a key leadership position, responsible for managing a team of 10 Business Development Managers and driving the sales strategy in the South region. The successful candidate will be instrumental in quadrant coaching, mentoring, and team selling to ensure that the region consistently exceeds targets. The role also involves close collaboration within the large organization, leveraging skills to maximize impact and contribute to the overall success of the company.Candidates for the Regional Vice President of Sales position should have a Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in shaping and executing strategic sales initiatives, particularly within the facilities or hospitality industry.
