The Opportunity:

The Vice President of Sales at CyberPower will lead sales strategies and initiatives to enhance our market position and achieve revenue and business goals. This role oversees all sales channels, driving revenue growth at existing accounts and focusing on new business in vertical markets and strategic target accounts.

Reporting to the President/General Manager, the VP of Sales will be a key member of the executive team. Responsibilities include fostering a team-oriented culture aligned with our vision, mission, and values to sustain both immediate and long-term revenue growth with clear profitability margins.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Design and implement sales strategies that embody CyberPower's ethos and align with our business objectives across all sales aspects.

Team Leadership: Cultivate a culture of excellence and accountability within the sales team, providing mentorship and coaching to enhance performance and success.

Drive Revenue Growth: Lead innovative projects to discover new sales and product opportunities, leveraging market trends and customer insights.

Market Expansion: Develop strategies for market penetration and expansion, creating new sales channels to enhance CyberPower's market presence.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure a cohesive sales strategy that supports CyberPower's strategic goals.

Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate sales effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and refine sales processes.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, proactively addressing their needs to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Proven track record of leading significant top- and bottom-line revenue growth and consistently exceeding sales targets.

In-depth knowledge of sales methodologies, processes, and best practices.

Experience in leading, managing, and mentoring high-performance sales teams focused on development and performance management.

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans, including market analysis and competitive positioning.

Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making to enhance sales performance.

Exceptional business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to turn business goals into actionable sales plans.

Experienced and comfortable in a lean and hands-on growth organization.

If new to the power management sector, a genuine passion and willingness to learn about innovative power products and solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Science, or a relevant field.
