Job Summary:

The HR Specialist will play a key role in supporting the HR department in various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.

Employee Relations:

Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

Compliance:

HR Administration:

Prepare HR-related reports and documents.

Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Passion and drive for HR and supporting employees

Bilingual Spanish with ability to translate effectively

2+ years of experience in an HR role.

Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with HIRS, and strong Excel skills
