Job Description Assist the Head of Global Money Movement Revenue Operations in evaluating global and regional, internal and external strategic projects aimed at increasing revenue through incentives and expenses optimization. Support the coordination of incentives and expenses management.

Help to achieve the long-term revenue and transformation of Global Money Movement while working with key members of the Global CMS and Money Movement Teams, regional Money Movement teams as well as but not limited to Finance, Pricing, Marketing teams on an ongoing basis.

Be the strategic partner to the Head of Global Money Movement Revenue Operations, organize and prioritize critical information, issues, and data to facilitate efficient decision-making in incentives and expenses optimization.

Manage specific deliverables for the Head of Global Money Movement Revenue Operations ensuring timely completion, including ensuring that expected actions are acted upon and addressing time-sensitive business requests from senior management.

Essential Functions

Analyze and map GMM strategies to meet and exceed budget targets, while continuously seeking ways to optimize revenue streams via incentives and expenses management.

Synchronize monthly and quarterly incentives and expenses forecasts from different GMM teams, ensuring consistency and alignment across all projections.

Validate incentives and expenses forecasts (AOP, Outlooks, MSO etc.) against actual results, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to improve forecasts accuracy and effectiveness.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand incentives and expenses trends and drive improvement initiatives.

Support the GMM team in strategic decision-making, leveraging data and analytics to drive revenue optimization.

Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to identify optimization opportunities.

Manage ad hoc, monthly, quarterly, yearly analysis of deals and markets in specific GMM Revenue streams.

Be strategic partner in conducting of early stage deal assessments to optimize deal structure and ensure alignment with strategic OKRs and revenue optimization.

Assist in the evaluation of Money Movement deals performance and actively participate in the renewal process to maximize revenue generation and identify incentives optimization opportunities.

Monitor the expenses related to the Money Movement organization and advise the proper expense management and optimization.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications Basic Qualifications

10 or more years of work experience with a bachelor's degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an advanced degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications

12 or more years of work experience with a bachelor's degree or 8-10 years of experience with an advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD

Bachelor of Finance or equivalent degree

Strong analytical background and extensive minimum 7 years' experience in FP&A including incentives and expenses optimization, forecasting, and budgeting in multinational organization.

Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Strong team player, self-motivated and able to work independently at coordinating cross functional activities, obtain buy-in and elevate issues at critical junctures appropriately.

Self-motivated, with can-do attitude. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong customer-centric mindset

Strong PC and high proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products (Excel, Word & PowerPoint). Hyperion knowledge is advantage.

Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation necessary. Active listening skills required.

Ability to explain complex business concepts to broad audiences in an approachable way.

Comfort leading and working closely with cross-functional teams required.

Fluency in English

Understanding of Visa business, Money Movements and deals experience in Payment Systems would be an advantage.

Additional Information Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 146,900.00 to 213,000.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
