Job Description
What you will do:
•Gather and synthesize data to build Cint's Voice of Customer strategy.
•Advise business partners on key decisions for the business.
•Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and test hypotheses, design and execute
custom research studies, and analyze customer feedback to drive actionable recommendations.
•Drive company-wide alignment toward customer's expectations.
•Design large-scale, statistically sound research projects.
•Develop and drive research best practices across the company.
•Liaise with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate business questions into
research/analysis design.
•Develop and execute high quality market research initiatives.
•Analyze qualitative, quantitative, and operational data to uncover insights and findings focused
on driving action.
•Participate in the selection of outside vendors that may be responsible for field work and data
collection, unless completed internally.
•Provide guidance on, and select research tools, instruments, and methodologies.
•Build and implement the execution of listening programs in customer lifecycle where needed.
•Develop and build reporting and analysis necessary to support insights needs company wide and
departmentally.
•Utilize the following tools and technologies: Salesforce, Slack, Okta, and Survey
Monkey/Qualtrics/equivalent.
•Position requires domestic travel up to 10% as needed and customary for the occupation.
Position allows working from home anywhere in the United States; HQ located at 365 Canal
Street, Ste. 3100, New Orleans, LA 70130.
Qualifications
Position Requirements:
•The position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Market Research,
Sociology, Business, or closely related field.
•The qualified candidate must have at least 5 years (60 months) of experience in a marketing
analyst position or closely related occupation.
•The qualified candidate must also have at least 5 years (60 months) of experience with all of the
following: (a) driving marketing research and insights efforts; (b) analyzing qualitative,
quantitative and operational data to uncover marketing insights and findings; (c) designing and
building research studies to analyze customer insights; (d) supporting strategic planning to
implement marketing efforts; (e) maintaining outside vendor relations; and (f) utilizing the
following tools and technologies: Salesforce, Slack, Okta, and Survey
Monkey/Qualtrics/equivalent.
