HRIS Analyst
Our client, based in Boston, is looking to fill a direct hire HRIS Analyst role. This is a hybrid role and requires 2-3 days onsite per week. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting successful HRIS implementation or a similar change initiative.

Responsibilities:
Provide primary functional and technical support of HR applications, including security access, maintenance, administration, and systems integrity
Support the adoption, implementation, and enhancements of the new HR Information System.
Lead projects around upgrades and configuration changes to align with business needs.
Configure Workday modules to meet business needs, including Core HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Benefits, and Absence Management
Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions
Identify and develop key business reporting and management dashboards for HR leadership
Provide technical training and support, trouble shooting, and guidance to HR team and other users
Develop business process documents, user procedures, training materials, and user guides
Maintain current knowledge of privacy laws such as HIPAA and GDPR and ensure data is protected
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
5+ years of professional experience in HR or HRIS systems
Experience with Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, and Core HCM
Familiarity with reporting tools and HR data flow
Strong understanding of HR processes and practices, security, and data integrity
Excellent project management and communication skills
Demonstrated understanding of the concepts and issues unique to the management of HR data
