About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP for Foodservice On Premise to lead the strategic and operational efforts across all channels and customers in the FSOP sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for long-range and annual planning, providing insights and solutions to meet annual goals, and overseeing negotiations with both customers and bottling partners to ensure alignment and execution of agreements. Applicants for the VP, Foodservice On Premise position at the company must be self-motivated, highly organized, and possess exceptional leadership qualities. The role requires a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, the ability to think creatively, and a strong desire to deliver results.This role demands a leader with a minimum of 12 years' of experience in sales and management within the foodservice on premise industry, a Bachelor's degree, and a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams. The VP will also be tasked with driving key business and financial metrics, including volume, revenue, trade spend, and T&E budgets, and must be adept at cross-functional collaboration to solve complex customer and channel issues. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and experience with syndicated data analysis are essential. The candidate should be an enthusiastic and engaging communicator, capable of managing relationships at all levels, and be prepared for substantial travel. The position also demands a professional approach, a proactive personality, and the ability to adapt to an ever-changing business environment.
