Good understanding of drug development lifecycle.
In-depth knowledge of two or more areas of the following business areas.
Early-stage development (Discovery & Research)
clear understanding of all the IT Systems (Applications) that support the drug development process.
Hands-on support, development, or implementation experience is nice-to-have.
Program Management.
Substantial Project and Program management skills are a must-have.
Experience managing large teams 50+ globally.
Experience managing multiple projects and programs simultaneously.
Good understanding of SDLC and GxP Processes.
Metrics and Reporting at Executive level both with client and Customer end.
Forecasting and Budgeting.
Client Engagement.
Should be able to connect at ED and Director level.
Maintain relationships and business development.
Mine for new business opportunities.
Follow-through with planning, onboarding, execution, and closure of projects.
(1.) Co-ordination with team and customer.
(2.) Raising risks, issues and escalation to senior management and customer.
(3.) To create all quality documents, collect metrics data and conducting Audits. To perform Value creation and KM activities.
(4.) To ensure process improvement and compliance, and participate in technical design discussion and to review technical documents and to provide support on issues.
(5.) To gather customer requirements and create project plans and keep track of schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.
