As a Process Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between the business needs and technological solutions within our organization. You will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

**What You'll Do:**

+ Analyze business processes, identify potential automation opportunities, and propose an improvement plan.

+ Partner with the Business Process Owner(s) and Subject Matter Expert(s) to develop a deep end-to-end understanding of processes targeted for automation/improvement and outline the impacted processes and business requirements

+ Engage with cross-functional teams to develop business requirements documentation of the process to be improved in a manner that is understood by the business users and technology/product teams

+ Document and diagram the existing process, environment, and dataflows

+ Facilitate the planning and execution of Service Transformation projects

+ Work with stakeholders to perform Feasibility and Value analysis (ROI) for the targeted processes

+ Facilitate sessions with stakeholders to drive out requirements

+ Act as a liaison between business and technical resources

+ Experienced campaigner who can create/define functional requirements in use cases (ridging-the-gap.com/what-is-a-use-case/) , create user stories and manage backlog

+ Will have to understand Business data, analyze trends, and capture valuable insights from the data for decision making

+ Monitor and evaluate implemented solutions to ensure they meet business objectives and deliver expected outcomes.

+ Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysis and software development.

**What We're Looking For:**

+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

+ Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.

+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

+ Solid understanding of business processes, systems, and methodologies.

+ Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling, requirements elicitation, and data analysis.

+ Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.

+ **GDS/Travel knowledge will be an advantage**

**Location**

United States

The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $50,000 to $100,000. The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
