Analyst - Project Issue Resolution / Process Improvement
Excellent opportunity to launch your career with a global company! You will join a team focused on root cause analysis and issue resolution efforts for complex project roadblocks / impediments. You will function as a point person to uncover and provide solutions for these issues to ensure successful project execution in a high volume environment. This role is a mix of root cause analysis, research, data entry/analysis, scheduling, ordering/inventory management, customer management, process improvement, and cross-functional team collaboration.
This is a 9 month contract (possibility of extension or conversion to perm) in the Vinings area.
The team follows a hybrid model of working on-site (M-Th) & remotely (Fri).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Track project issues that have been recorded in an internal system for resolution
Work as a liaison among field partners & cross-functional teams
Place labor, outbound, & direct-to-store orders for necessary materials
Assist field partners with scheduling & managing one-off issues
Partner with merchant planners to adjust assortments
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Bachelor's Degree
2+ years of experience as a Project Analyst or similar
Demonstrated process improvement experience
Proven experience resolving complex, high-volume business project issues
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills - VLOOKUPS, Pivot tables, etc.
Experience maintaining & updating multiple large Excel spreadsheets on a daily basis
Experience coordinating full-life cycle projects
Detail-oriented & strong organizational skills
Strong analytical thinking & creative problem solving skills
Excellent communication & customer-facing skills
