Summary

Dedicated Outbound Administrator is Responsible for supporting Manager in maximizing dedicated truck usage, Analyzing and implementing KPI performance, and support with TMS data management/tendering, and Outbound LTL shipping/tendering. Additional core duties include Yard Management (YMS), Warehouse Management (WMS), and Support Inbound/Outbound Operation management (TMS) as needed.

Compensation

$68,000-$74,000/Annually (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)

Responsibilities

Dedicated Truck Operations / Reposition Load Out Coordination Outbound LTL shipping management and coordination

Develop & Implement SOP to ensure maximizing dedicated carrier utilization

Plan pre-determined routes, and balance both inbound and outbound capacity to

Assist HOD and HOT in outbound operation / action plans to achieve periodic goals

Manage all aspects of dispatching process, including carrier KPI management, training, scheduling, monitoring performance, and responding to customer complaints

Monitor communication with all related parties to ensure timely transportation movements

Coordinate daily/weekly/monthly workload to each responsible carrier

Maintain proper records (TMS) to track & trace movement data ( document productivity & endure timely POD collection and invoicing

Ensure proper Service levels for our Internal Customers and External Customers

Accurate TMS, WMS, YMS data input for shipment and data management

Yard Operations Ensure yard is operating under CTPAT guidelines

Utilize YMS system to accurately manage inventory movements

Responsible for planning and supporting Yard operations

Warehouse Management

Develop and implement SOP, measure and analyze KPI's

Assist with WMS training and inputting information (as needed) to WMS

Identify Cost-savings opportunities while maintaining proper Customer Service levels

Be available to Inbound operations and/or Outbound operations to provide operational support when needed Inbound/Outbound duties may include scheduling shipments, and/or dispatching equipment for load-out or DWA

Assist with Claims Management

Recommend and implement strategies to continually improve department performance

Function as utility player to be able to take on additional project related to MQ operation

Qualifications

Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Required

Proficient In PC Skills (MS Office-Excel, Work, Power Point, Outlook, Database Management Systems) Required

Excellent organizational and time management skills Required

Dispatch operation experience Preferred

Education and Experience HS Diploma/G.E.DRequired

Bachelors Degree Preffered

5-8Years of direct and Three (3) years of indirect experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Dispatch Required

6-9 Years of Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Dispatch Preferred

Physical Requirements Ability to sit in front of a desk and/or in front of the computer for long periods

Repetitive use of hand/grasping product, writing, and typing

Use of operating desk machines such as PC, printer, and faxes
