This pivotal role is your chance to establish the administrative processes of F1 Arcade, overseeing crucial functions such as hiring, onboarding, training, payroll, and accounting. You'll collaborate closely with the Director of Operations on strategic initiatives, shaping the operational foundation that will define our future nationwide expansion.

As an Office Manager:

Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, the Office Manager ensures seamless administrative operations to deliver a best-in-class hospitality experience daily. You'll bring superior organizational skills, and the ability to engage effectively with a large team. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for optimizing unit financial performance.

- Accounting: Manage invoicing, organize BEO-related documents, and facilitate financial communications.

- Payroll: Handle new hires, manage the Talent Based Development program, and oversee payroll processing.

- Orders: Coordinate office supplies, manage guest-facing print materials, and oversee uniform distribution.

- Miscellaneous: Maintain lost and found, manage phone inquiries, oversee mail distribution, and enhance team culture in break room spaces.

- Special Projects: Take the lead on assigned initiatives to drive operational excellence and efficiency.

Position Requirements:

We seek a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, ideally in a high-volume restaurant or entertainment environment. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are crucial, along with the ability to handle confidential matters and navigate challenging situations adeptly. Financial acumen, including proficiency in accounting and payroll, is essential, complemented by excellent verbal and written communication skills, multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a collaborative team spirit.
