A Day in the Life of a Regional Field Manager
Represent the Fox Core Values to the Branch and Region teams
Monitor KPIs and implement measures and practices for improved performance
Communicate regularly with the corresponding Division 1 VP of Operations
Evaluate the existing Branch Manager's performance to ensure we have the right leader for each market, including operational coaching and mentorship.
Oversee regional development and growth
Ongoing Personal Leadership Development utilizing business books and leadership discussions
Develop and execute company initiatives and improvements in collaboration with senior leadership
Monthly Region group meeting with Branch Managers and company leadership guests to continue developing Branch Manager's leadership and performance.
Reports directly to the VP of Operations
Responsible for the growth of the business and maintaining customers in your region
This position will oversee our Pittsburg, PA, New Jersey, NJ, Harrisburg, PA, Oxford, CT, Hartford, CT, Boston, MA, Providence, RI and Manchester, NH locations.
What We Are Looking For
Minimum of 1 year's worth of successful experience as a Branch Manager with another Pest Control Company or with Fox Pest Control as determined by key performance indicators
Minimum of 5 years experience in a leadership capacity
Proven track record of leading, inspiring, and causing lasting positive change in an organization
Strong management skills with a servant leadership focus
Adept written and verbal communication skills
Positive, optimistic, and energetic attitude
Ability to multi-task with solid time management skills
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Maturity, Emotional Intelligence, and ability to own projects and tasks that are delegated to them
Able to handle working in a fast-paced environment, and deal with stressful situations effectively
5-10+ Years of management experience in Business/Operations - all relevant route-based businesses are considered (Beverage, Delivery, Uniform, Vending, etc.) strongly preferred
Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Must be authorized to work in the US
Must have a valid driver's license and an excellent driving record
Previous experience in the pest control industry preferred
Experience managing P&Ls, a business budget, and expenses
50% or more travel is expected to the region's branches
